IPM 2007 - Day 1

Yes! Your MCPc and MCPe are officially in Egypt to attend IPM 2007! How did we get here?
Well, the story went something like this…

Firstly, Ms. DavLyn left her passport behind, meaning that a detour to get it was necessary!

Of course we then made our way to check in, and boarded the plain that took us to the first destination of Milan. There we have actually gone round. And round in the sense that a wrong direction took us all round the block, or 2 or 3 actually…but it was ok…cos Davlyn had a map!!!

Anyway finally finding the way we visited, Basilica Santa Maria delle Grazie, Il Duomo, La Scala, Palazzo Reale, Pallazzo Vittorrio Emanuele II, which is now turned into the most prestigious shopping centre sporting the names of Gucci, Prada, YSL, Laurent Vuiton, and many many more.

Finally we made our way back to the Airport where we met with Chris (MCP Switzerland) Majken (WENA project Manager) and saw a few familiar faces on the plane who we then found out where the MCP elect of Czech Republic, MCPc and MCPe of Bulguria, an IS musketeer from the AI team. Also we now met Nina (MCPc Czech Republic)

We came here to the Caesar Palace Hotel, (we obviously have some doubts about the palace part, thanks to the lift, holding on 3 strings and that only holds 2 people, cold rooms that stink, bad lighting, and people who do not understand english…and guess what neither Maltese!!! :S

Anyway, we are here, and we are still alive and kicking , after nearly 24 hours of non sleep.

Oh just in case anyone is asking these are the statistics so far about people carrying Erika's luggage.

Plane: Malta - Milan - 2 people
Plane: Milan - Cairo - 3 people
Arrival in Cairo: they just got it down for her before she even attempted.


Airport: CC team immediately took her luggage.
Hotel: They took her luggage.

And according to her No one was going to help her this time!!! Heheh…we'll continue counting throughout the next days :)
